Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are factory manufacturing packaging machines and packaging materials and we provide perfect OEM and after-sale service.
Q: How can I pay my order?
A: For packing material, We accept T/T, Western Union paying methods. For those orders less than 500USD, we accept PayPal to pay.
Q: How i know the quality?
A: welcome to visit factory for quality approval or we send you sample to test on the machine.
Q: 1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality for tear tape and packing plastic film.
Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: 2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared; mass production time needs 15-25 days normally.
Q: 3. Do you have any MOQ limit for tear tape and polyolefin shrink film and stretch film?
A: Our MOQ is 24 rolls, one carton-- for tear tape
For polyolefin shrink film and stretch film, it is 5ton MOQ.
Q: 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by LCL or FCL by sea or air shipment.The delivery time according to your quantity.
Q: 5.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A:The quantity,thickness,width,length and application.
